A few miles up the Baker River Valley, a small non-profit organization has recently opened New Hampshire’s first Conservation Burial Site in Benton, NH. You can learn more about the project here:
https://www.whitemountainconservationburial.org/oliverian_everlasting.html

The site is operated by White Mountain Conservation Burial, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to natural burial and land conservation. We are reaching out to share that beginning on May 9th at 10:00 AM, we will be offering tours and volunteer work days on the second Saturday of each month.

We are currently seeking volunteers for a variety of roles and would welcome anyone interested in supporting this effort. If you would like to learn more or sign up for updates, please visit:

Interesting. What are the expected effects regarding the climbing in Oliverian Notch?
