I just moved to the Golden / Denver area and am looking to lead with folks at Movement Golden and/or get outside to the local crags. Hit me up if you need a partner! :)

How much experience do you have?

I'm in Coal Creek Canyon and have a spot membership, trad rack and too much free time. I know the area pretty well. 303 330 3933

Wade - thanks! I'll message you!

JR climber - I think I dm-ed you, but have no idea where it went. I've got 10+ years of experience climbing. Definitely not enough outside though - so looking to get out more and prefer easy sport stuff. Feel free to message if you want to try a gym session together to see if we're a good fit - 408 802 8679

thanks, Sheetal, I have a regular indoor climbing partner, so I'm kind of burned out on indoor stuff, but I can get you into my gym if you want, I have an extra guest pass.

Hey Sheetal, Wade, and JR climber... plugging in to see if any of you are still down to climb with someone new in 2026. Prefer outside in CCC or north table but will do inside if weather/ time do not permit outside.

To your question JR I have a lot of experience leading and following sport, I'd say a good amount of following trad, no experience *actually* leading trad (I've done book learning, placed gear on TR and had experienced trad climbers evaluate pace it, etc.), 100% do not feel comfortable placing gear in a true lead situation yet. I'm relatively weak from a strength perspective, comfortable leading sport 5.7/ TR 5.9 in the canyon.

Hey,

If any of you would be interested in climbing in Eldo tomorrow (Saturday 2/28), I'm looking for a partner. I'm old, but still climb reasonably well and have vast amounts of experience in trad, ice and alpine climbing. I'd be interested in routes (for leading) up to .9/.10a in Eldo.

Cheers!

Sorry I missed this message and missed climbing with you on the 28th Brad! Let me know if you are looking to get out again in future.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
