Primary MP Account Being Flagged as Inactive—HELP!

Hoping that posting here does me some good, as I have sent multiple emails for assistance to admin but have not gotten a response.

When I log into my primary MP account (different from the one I am posting from now— I realize this could be the issue and I am willing to sacrifice this account for access to my other account), I get a message saying my account is inactive and I am unable to make any changes to the account or post to forums. The account I am trying to access is:

I hope someone can help. I see that others have posted similar issues here and it seems have gotten a response from MP admins. 

Sorry for the frustration, Kelsey. That account looks to have been disabled by our automated spam filter so I went ahead and reactivated it. 

Separately, do you want me to merge the account you posted from here into the now-activated account? Or vice versa? It'll transfer all data and contributions except the To-Do List which can be exported as a CSV. Let me know!

Okay that's all taken care of, Kelsey. That second MP account is deleted and all its contents will merge over to your remaining account. Let me know if you have any other issues.
