New Editor - TR count not going up when new climbs added?

Help! I'm long time lurker and now finally have something to add, but when I do, the count of climb types in area is not increasing? what am I doing wrong? do I need to wait for system to process or admin of area to approve, or fill out some form I can't find? This is my first edit on MP. I added 'helix slab' and 3 climbs on the slab to MP

climb types is currently listed as: Helix Slab 0 / 0

and I expect this to be: Helix Slab 3 / 0

Some changes need a day or two to take effect everywhere, I’d check back then
