Hi all, anyone here in NJ or northeast? Looking to climb indoors and eventually outside. I can belay and top rope. Learning to lead but have done some multi pitch out west.  Can follow up to 5.10+. Would like to meet like minded female climbers to share this great sport with. I am a member of gravity vault at the moment.

You should have no problem finding partners at gravity vault. Some locations even have ladies climbing groups to join!

Yes it seems my local gyms don't hold thee women's programs as much unfortunately(unless you know some specific ones around,  thereis goat but it is far amd nj rock gym). I've tried posting in the fb group with some luck but no regulars really. If you're interested in climbing together you can let me know too. I'm in middlesex county, give a mean catch on lead and top rope, just learned trad so comfortable on easy outdoor trad leads and I try to push grades on sport. Otherwise I'm OK just refining skills in the gym as well! I'm good to meet for most places in NJ depending on distance,  otherwise thanks for the response!

Hey! I'm based out of NYC and I just got into climbing (mainly indoor top rope and lead). Right now I'm semi consistent with 5.10 and pushing 5.11. I'm learning as much as I can about safety and pacing. My goal is to transition into outdoor with the goal of learning trad. Once the weather allows, im down to climb together!

Method and goat both have ladies nights! Brown girls climb usually holds meetups as well

Hey I'm in NJ but I work in Jersey City about 1-2 times a week and sometimes go to the gravity vault there. If you want we can alternate meeting up at gyms that work for both of us!
