RENTED: 3 Bedroom house in South Salt Lake, summer 2026 June-Aug

Putting this out there early in case folks are thinking about the summer (contract work, seasonal gigs, internships, summer school, etc.).  My wife and I are heading back to Squamish for June-August and would be interested in renting our fully furnished home in South Salt Lake at around 2700 S 300 E.  Dates we are thinking of would be June 1-August 31.  House is around 1000 sq ft, fenced backyard with dog door access (dogs considered on a case by case basis), 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed, the other is sofa bed) as well as another that is set up as an office.  We have an EV charger if you have a car that needs plugging in.  Full kitchen and quite cozy for a couple or single person.  Looking for $2000/mo all in (rent, gas, electric, fiber internet, water) but I am very flexible and open to negotiating a lower price depending on the situation or in exchange for some light lawn care and weeding (mowing takes about 15 minutes, its a small yard).  If you are interested or know of anyone this could be a good fit for please reach out.  More pics available on request.
