Cape Town guide recommendation

Hei,

I'll be travelling to Cape Town with non-climbers, and will have 1 free day. Am keen to hire a guide and do some trad climbing in Table Mountain region. I have experience with trad, be hiring a guide so I don't have to carry any gear with me (except shoes oc), for only 1 day climb.

Recommendations or experiences with local guides and or agencies over there?
