Room Rental in Las Vegas — $700 w/utilities included

My awesome roommate is moving out at the end of September to begin new adventures. In the meantime, I’ll have another room available starting mid-August to help with the transition.

The house is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath in a quiet gated community with a pool and park. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Located in Sky Canyon, about 30 minutes from Mt. Charleston and 24 minutes from Red Rock.

Rent is $700/month, utilities included. First month’s rent + $200 deposit due at move-in.

Short- or long-term stays welcome!

I am an avid climber, I work full-time hybrid, and live with two friendly cats.
