Piano Boulders July 16th Volunteer Day: Come Join!

Hello, Colorado Climbers!

To all those interested and available on July 16th in the Northern Colorado area, the City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Department is organizing a group of volunteers to complete trail maintenance on the Piano Boulders climbing area. This bouldering site in the Pineridge Natural Area needs your help! The Piano Boulders trail is undergoing significant erosion, developing cupping, and the existing water bars are losing their effectiveness. To address these issues, volunteers will be filling in trail sections, we'll be trimming trail edges, and replacing water bars with check steps for better erosion control. 

Whether you're interested in being outside, learning more about trail management, joining fellow volunteers caring for beloved local trail, or exploring a new climbing route, we'd love to have you!
