Eldo - Redgarden Wall Closure - Wednesday, 6/4, 6am-noon

Greetings -

The west redgarden wall trail will be closed tomorrow until noon for trundling. This includes all climbs from Captain Crunch to Rewritten.

Many thanks to all involved for helping Eldorado be safer.

Thanks for all your work, Mike! What are you all trundling?

It is for cleaning the upper pitches on the Apple Strudel panel. The tat was cut off the upper tree and anchors put in last Saturday. Unfortunately, there are a number of death blocks up there and with the growing popularity of those routes it is an accident waiting to happen (any falling rocks go right to the trail). Also, another (!) new route on that upper panel is getting cleaned of some loose rock. When the work is done there will be five 50 meter long mega pitches with a couple other 50 meter link-ups for your cragging pleasure.
