(Indian PhD grad at CU, losing his visa unless he finds a job in the next month. ugh.)

month to month roommate agreement 

or 6 to 10 month roommate lease (month to month primarily notioned to start as I just don't want to get stuck in a non-compatible long term lease)

3 blocks from Pearl Street Mall

enjoyable mix of comfortable and affordable and central

w/d on site but not in unit

1.5 bathrooms (shared shower, upstairs guest toilet)

friendly neighbors and fairly quiet and peaceful

designated parking

quaint patio with view of Mt Sanitas.

I'd be happy to keep my current roommate and the guy deserves to stay here in the U.S. and Boulder, where he wants to live and work. Damn economics and politics...
