Has anyone tried this supplement? reading about it makes it seem like a wonder drug but I'm curious if anyone has any firsthand experience they would like to share.

I'm constantly dealing with little tweaks and strains so a supplement that could help cut down on healing time would be fantastic.

Sample size of one, but I have an almost fully torn supraspinatus. I had both bpc157 and PRP done twice (a month apart), but also did a bunch of PT. It's not 100% (and probably never will be), but feels much much better. I can now hang and climb on it. Hanging leg raises, for example, went from impossible to doable again.

Was it the injections? The PT? Just time? Who can tell?  But I'm not a test subject, I just wanted to do everything I could to maximize my chances of recovery. The injections definitely didn't hurt

Thanks for sharing your experience, did you notice any side effects? did you have any concerns about it not being approved for human use etc?

I'm always curious about new treatments for aches and pains as this used to be my line of work and folk still expect me to know about stuff. When a miracle cure is proposed I generally go to PubMed and search for Randomised Controlled Trials followed by, ideally, Meta-analyses.

Searching for BPC 157 and filtering for RCTs in the last ten years I found zero results

Whoever is hyping this stuff is doing so on the basis of no concrete evidence of effect in humans.

From the reading I did, I figured at worst it was going to be net zero (other than the cost). Again, impossible for me to tell if it actually helped.

No negative side effects that I noticed.

I found several articles in PubMed on BCP 157, and quite a few in Google Scholar. I think you're right. Sell it now, find out later.

Tried it orally for two days, tore my digestive system up. Went from super regular am poops to gas, bloating, constipation for two weeks.

Happy to mail you mine :)
