North shore MA partners
|
Hey y’all I live on the north shore and I’m looking for climbing partners for weekdays / weekends. I’m a comfortable sport climber and I started learning trad about two years ago. My primary climbing partners all live in NH and I’m looking for more community near me. Anyways - I have a single trad rack and quick draws plus plenty of material to make anchors. I have a crash pad as well. I’d like to get a couple hours of climbing outside after work now that the sun sets at 7pm. Hit me up!!! |

Hi Mel, I may be able to do some weekday climbs! I’m mostly interested in trad and have been to Redrocks quite a bit. My schedule isn’t as consistent as I would like but Mondays and Fridays are pretty flexible. Let me know what days/times you were thinking. Weekends I may be around if I’m not traveling up to NH or Western MA. |

Hello, Once the weather cooperates I'll be interested in weekday and Saturday climbing. I'm also interested in meeting more North Shore climbers. My schedule varies but Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's are typically good for me. If you don't mind having a few kids around my availability expands! jonathan |

Mel, I will be out in Springfield MA for work next week Wednesday to Saturday PM. I normally travel with my climbing gear. If the weathers good I wouldn’t mind climbing Friday after work or Saturday morning. Or if I can’t find someone for outdoor climbing I will hit a local gym. Jack |

Jack D wrote: For what it's worth, it is roughly a 2-2.5 hour drive from Springfield to the North Shore climbing areas. Farley Ledge, Rose Ledge, Mormon Hollow are all much closer to Springfield (roughly 45 min drive)--and all close to one another. There are a few small areas even closer to Springfield but pretty obscure and little visited. If the weather is good there will be folks climbing at Farley. Crow Hill in central MA ( town of Princeton, northwest of Worcester) is roughly 1/2 way between Springfield and the North Shore, so could be a good place for folks heading from those locations to meet. |
