Just in time for epic spring skiing! These boots are badass… really honing in on that dreamy quiver-of-one backcountry boot, with a nice progressive flex at a stiff 110 rating, a super-comfy walk mode with like 72° of range, and a nifty transition that’s lighting fast and locks down like a vault. They’ve got this floating tongue thing that accommodates a lot of instep sizes, so should fit quite a few foot shapes, and they’re pretty dang light for how stiff and skiable they are. The quality on this boot is outstanding, and I really like them… only problem is they don’t fit my freakishly wide heels very well. I only skinned around in them like 4 times, and after 30 mins to an hour they were pinching my heels too much to keep wearing. But they have a comfy 100mm last, and a heel cup that will lock most people down in a really nice way, I’m just finding it difficult to find *any* boot that works for my weird feetsies. My loss is your gain, these are basically brand new for a lot less than I spent on em. Photos show the very slight scuffs they acquired while testing, but it’s 100% cosmetic and these haven’t broken in for the slightest. Willing to deal, hmu with your questions. These are making a splash in the middle-weight range touring market, and they’re gonna move the needle on innovation in backcountry gear. Try em out for yourself!
