I am renting out a beautiful room in a home with two other roommates.  Both roommates are male (early 30's) and are out of the house a lot.  One is an avid rock climber and the other a musician. 

The space is a 140 square foot bedroom in a 2300 square foot house.  There are two bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room area.

Dogs welcome!  There is a huge backyard that is completely fenced in. Plenty of space for storage in the unfinished basement.

Move in date is flexible, but looking for someone around April 1.
