Wow, there’s a lot to unpack here.

First off, that’s Lincoln Falls. It feels like ice cragging but it’s high elevation, cold, and windy. So what should be casual is not, or it is. Depending on lots of things. 

Looking at how he’s dressed, he got a casual day. In colder conditions that place is notorious for dinner plate ice. Actually, at Lincoln, that might be the number one thing. And he’s there swinging into ice right next to his other tool.

I don’t think he knows how bad that is. That warm looking weather saved his butt.

This is an area I used to go do solo laps on. I know it well, even though it’s been at least 15 years since I’ve been there.

I kinda dug the leases and old tools though, were those Black Prophets?

Rad chunk of ice, props to him for being a strong climber.

What would be really impressive, though, is if he could solo it while placing screws and clipping rope to them.
