Lance Taysom wrote: Not in. We went up to the base of the first pitch this morning. Second and third may go, but you’d get really wet in the climber’s right skirt/bypass of P1. We didn’t bother. Needs a few more really cold nights, and I’m not sure the upper teens/low 20s over the next week are going to improve it much. |

Has anyone been to Provo canyon recently? How’s it doing with the high pressure? |

Cobble Rest and November Wall along Mirror Lake Highway are in. Road is still clear and open as of today. (Dec 11) |

Where exactly is November wall? I’ve searched MP but can’t find shit. Found Cobble Rest. Also, is there a guidebook for all the Uinta Ice or is it just kind of local knowledge? |

Nicholas Spiropulos wrote: November Wall and the rest of the Uinta ice can all be found in the Beehive Ice guidebook. |

There’s a good amount of Uintas FA activity since the guidebook came out. Some pics have been posted recently in the Facebook conditions group, and you can search it for more. Nikki Smith has at least one on her blog as well. |

Santaquin road is fully repaired and open. Squash Head has collapsed and is reforming. Showering but rock is raining down to the base pre-storm. There's some ice in B cave. Backoff wasn't there yet. Nothing at all for big lines. Freedom of the Hills had windows from top to bottom. |

Sorry no pics, but malan's waterfall was "in", but to thin for us, hopefully next week is forms up good. Their is a Pic from all trails from a few days ago and it's just a little better than in that pic |

Has anybody been to santaquin lately? |

Thinking about Great White Icicle Friday or Saturday and I’m assuming that it’s in and good to go? |
|
GWI was being existed at the end of last week, despite lots of water still running down the center of the last pitch. Since then, we have had good cold temps, so i am sure it goes now with far less risk. |
