ISO Rental in Anchorage or Matsu, AK

Hey AK friends! My wife and I are looking for a 6-month rental with our 6-year-old pup, Osa. It's been a bit of a pain looking on apps and Facebook, so we're turning to the trusty Project. We're both working professionals who love to climb ice and rock, bike, and be outside in general. We've been landlords before, so we know what it's like and think we can be great tenants. We're looking to pay around $1500 all-in (or less) and can pay the 6 months up front. Happy to pay a deposit for our dog too, as long as it's refundable.
