Hello, I am looking for a roommate to fill an open bedroom in the condo I am renting. Rent is $950/mo including WiFi and all utilities except gas and energy (≈$50/mo). The open room has its own full bathroom and all the common space is fully furnished. The Condo is in the Polo Club Condo’s in between Millcreek commons and Bar Named Sue. There is a pool, tennis court, and perfect mountain views from the balcony (2nd floor). I am a clean and respectful roommate looking for the same in a future house mate.
