Summit register removed / missing on top of Toms Thumb the “Dork”

I got word that the summit registar on top of Toms Thumb in Scottsdale, formerly known as the “Dork”, has been removed or vanished somehow. The original amo can is still intact though. I know it was very full and warranted a fresh one, but it seems like it has been gone for at least a couple weeks, with no replacement. I put one up yesterday in the can. I recall someone saying a few years back they may replace it with a new one and store the full book somewhere like the Hiking Shack or AMC. Anyone know where it went? A particular entry in that book is very special to me and I hope some righteous assclown didn't just throw it in the trash.
