Suggestion: Ability to add notes to routes on to-do list

Is there any way to add (private) notes to a route on your to-do list, similar to notes added to ticks, except less complex. 

I keep separate notes for longer complex climbs that I want to climb eventually. I can see a feature like this being useful for short climbs with specific gear beta that you want to remember -- maybe said specific gear beta will keep me from ground fall potential or a huge fall, so I want to note it, but not necessarily make a separate note somewhere for just this one route and the one or two pieces of gear that'll probably get lost in my notes anyway. I suppose I could leave a comment, but I only leave a comment after I've actually climbed a route, which seems like the prevailing norm.
