Has anyone ordered for shipping to Canada lately? What kind of fees did you incur on top of what you paid directly to the website? |

Wanted to bump the thread and see if anyone has ordered to them lately to the US after Brexit is (mostly) settled down? |

Danielwrote: I ordered from them recently. Stuff was at my door 3 days after I placed the order, with no additional customs fees or anything. It was actually faster shipping than I would get from most US-based stores. |

Also ordered recently, prices on sportiva shoes were half what I can get in the states with free fast shipping and no tax. It's like a cheat code. Just keep it below $800USD to avoid import taxes |

Bought a rope from them a couple weeks ago to WA state. It arrived in about a week. I've ordered years ago as well. They are legit |

So no one got nabbed with customs fees? |

Now I just have to wait for the rope(s) I want to be back in stock… |

I ordered something from them last month. I was cutting it kind of close to a trip that I needed the item for, so the idea of potentially getting hung up in customs gave me pause, but I was completely unable to find the item in stock anywhere in the US. I got my package in literally two days—ordered monday morning, delivered by DHL on wednesday evening—from Lyon, France to the west coast of the US. Mindblowingly fast, no fees or duties, and it was about 30% less than MSRP on the item. I was surprised by the french origination—presumably they must have a distro warehouse there, but I wonder how that works post-brexit. |

Slim Pickenswrote: They've had that French warehouse for years, I remember ordering a rope and some cams from them in 2020 and it shipped from France as well. This was just post-Brexit. Makes everybody's life a lot easier. |
