** Update** He has reached out, says will ship the shoes on Monday, I have used him before and he did great work, He seemed very sincere, says the business portion is hard for him. I assume he is now currently trying to write the current wrongs from others. I don't want to put words in his mouth but from talking to him yesterday he seemed to mean well. |

Beginning of September? I’m still waiting on a pair from April/may-ish. I’d pretty much written them off…. |
|

@JD Id try and reach out to him then, the number on the zelle contact is his number |

Brandon does a solid job. I had a pair of finales and muiras resoled by him when he was starting out in Philly. The resoles held up nicely. |

True. I had a carpenter do work on my house. He started in 2019 and finished this past July. Did a high-quality job. |

Im not saying he does a bad job... The first pair i had sent out were outstanding! Now waiting for 2 more back, went radio silent, reached out apologetically, says he will ship them out. That was over the past weekend, said he would ship them Tuesday and send me tracking confirmation. I have yet to receive tracking and back to radio silence... |

Anthony Ferrantewrote: I commented here and called his number from Zelle about 10 times a week. I've sent him numerous texts and he responded a bit a week ago, said he had a wedding he was traveling for but should be back now. You can try calling his mentor, he's the resole shop in Rumney, apparently, they are still in touch. |

rock climbing wrote: They are already about 25% the cost of a new pair, you want to double the price and made it harder to get shoes resoled? No one in this chat is saying yall do a bad job or its too expensive, all we are asking at this point in time is communication. |

Anyone heard anything from Brandon or gotten shoes back? |

Ted Swrote: I reached out to him and after a large quantity of phone calls he texted me back and sent out my shoes. I would like to believe he is slowly working on all the shoes he has but he didn't tell me what he was or wasn't doing. Only that he loves working on shoes, but the business thing was more than he bargained for. |

|
Ted Swrote: Similar to others: after a long time of not hearing from him this fall, he got back to me and said my shoes were done and he'd ship them, but that was weeks ago and he hasn't sent them yet. But when he does respond, he's very apologetic and says the business part of this is just much more than he bargained for. I don't NEED my shoes back yet -- I have others I can use -- but I'm getting to the point where I actually do need my resoled shoes soon. I keep reminding him every few days over email/Instagram, but I'm trying to do it in a nice way. I know he's in over his head. But...I would like my shoes back! |

Is anyone going to be in his neck of the woods (Benton NH) anytime soon? Maybe someone could pick up all the finished shoes and bring them down to the Concord climbing gym or something. Benton is just out of the way enough from Rumney to make it a little annoying, but maybe someone could make it happen? |

Brandon Whitewrote: I sent Brandon $200+ La Sportivas in July 2024 and he has gone silent and has not retuned the shoes or the $80 I sent him. Do NOT send this man your shoes! |

Success! After a LONG time of unanswered emails and texts, I'm going to meet him and get my shoes. I also offered to grab any other completed shoes and get them back to their owners. So if you have any shoes with Brandon, let me know and we can figure out how to get them back to you. (I guess I should wait to celebrate until I actually have shoes in hand, but we have a place and time to meet, so I'm feeling optimistic.) |
