Spain Dec 3-17 : Siurana/Margalef

Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm heading to Barcelona to climb Dec 3 - 17. I know it's a bit far out but I figure it doesn't hurt to start looking for partners early on. A bit about me and the trip:

• Hoping to climb in Siurana / Margalef, open to other crags though
• Will have a 70m rope, quickdraws, and personal gear
• Not sure where I'll be staying yet... ideally I'd love to rent a van if it's affordable; does anyone know how much it'll cost if I rent in person? I believe the prices are much higher online (from the US). Otherwise, it'll probably be a car rental + camping
• I climb V5/6, lead up to 5.10c/d outdoors, and have experience leading trad though I won't be bringing my rack.

If you're around that time, please reach out!! I'm mega stoked to climb and to meet new people. I'm also a safe, attentive, and patient belayer so if you have some sick project you want to send, I'm happy to belay and provide encouragement :) 

Hi Lily! I fly into Alicante on Dec 2, have no solid plans till the evening of Dec 9 so I could climb with you that first week! Alicante is about 4 hours south of Barcelona. I could drive up to Siurana, or we could meet halfway in Chulilla which is a place I'd love to check out. I'll have a car, rope, draws and probably a light rack. I like to climb 5.9-5.11, not that interested in projecting or trying super hard, just looking to explore some new places and have fun :)

Hi Lily, I have time off all November and December and am thinking of going to Spain for some climbing as well. I climb low grades, can lead only 5.7, can follow up to 5.9-5.10a. If this is ok for u, let me know, perhaps we can plan to meet.
