How do I edit the title of a thread I started?

A person has complained about the title, the wording of it. Seems like they can’t sleep very well with the title I gave it.
I see a button to lock it but no “edit” button.
Please help.

Thanks in advance

My recollection is that you have to edit your first post, which will then let you edit the title...I think...

Maybe you should just call it:

At My Leisure Stoney Point Wet Rock Report

Nobody will listen anyway.  They just don’t care anymore

Really? I don’t know where you live so I don’t know if you’re familiar with SP. Or just disillusioned with the general state of climbing 2024. What I have found at Stoney is a whole bunch of new, stoked, young people who just started out. None of them has the money to blow on a gym membership or a day pass. They don’t know Jack about sandstone or any rock. All they want to do is climb. I can remember being that stoked can you?
Anyway I let them know about just how fragile, wet, or damp, sandstone can be by showing flexi flakes. Most are happy to learn and cooperate about not climbing. Most are very receptive to learning about where they can go to climb at.
Mountain Project gets mentioned- 95%- do have phones. So I think that most really do care because when it’s wet out there I hardly ever see anybody. I have hope in the next batch of climbers.

Like a junkyard.
Many people climb, walk thier dogs and enjoy this place. Yes you do sometimes find trash, most people put in a little time and pick up what they find. Trail Moms- a hiking club- got down about 3 years ago and worked the place over with weekly cleanups.
Dean I think you would be pleasantly surprised at the condition it’s in.
