What up ya'll. Looking for a partner to do some consistent Friday morning sport climbing up in Staunton or CCC from 7-3ish. Trying to rack up some mileage on 10a-10d routes. Been climbing for about 2 years, use an ABD (not that I care what you use), and usually err on the side of lower risk. Can provide draws, rope, coffee, and a ride to and from the crag. DM me or shoot me a text if you're interested!

Is Staunton good for climbing already? I figured it’d still be holding snow since it’s high elevation

Hey Shay. North facing crags aren’t so great yet but all the south facing walls are in pretty good shape. Or at least Never Winter Wall was last week. Micro spikes were a good idea for the approach but the rock itself was great climbing. Some drainage on a few routes but mostly dry.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
