CLAIMED.  Free buckles.  You pay shipping (probably about $5).  Quantity four, two-inch Berg buckles - adjustable on both ends. They are used on Berghaus backpacks as an alternative to sidelock buckles.  I didn't understand how they worked when I bought them to try for a project.  They fully separate as you'd expect for a backpack buckle.

Quantity 20, 5/8" contoured sidelock buckles.  Not adjustable on either end (doh).  Designed for paracord bracelets.

Heel rubber is delaminated. Rubber is fine but the red ‘foam’ above it is rotten and the glue doesn’t hold. Just peels off a thin layer of red stuff. If you’re crafty, I suspect you can use short coarse screws and some glue to keep the heal on?

Rubber is in great shape, never resoled. One lace broken. Right shoe has a liner issue that bothered me, see pics, but think it can be fixed or managed!
