What rocks where they?!?

Hey,

Random and potentially un-answerable.

I was climbing with a friend in Squamish and she had these rocks which were awesome and I've never seen in the UK before. I think they where Metolius, different angles on every face and a pronounced "scoop" in the spine and a rounded nose at the other side. The swage was covered with rubber as well.

If anyone knows what they are that would be ace as I thought they were dam good.

Haha, I do sorry. I work for Wild Country and we have "Anodised Rocks" so just naturally say it.

Cool thanks, thought it might be these.

The ones I used weren't Anodised and the clippy hole was covered in rubber.

I'll speak to my local shop and see if they can get them!

When you say that the loop and the swadge were covered in rubber, do you mean that they looked like this?

The rubber covered cables were the older version. The new anodized ones are lighter and work the same.
