January in Cochamo and Frey

Hey there!

I’ll be in Chile/Argentina for most of the summer for work and for play. Im in need of a partner for January and potentially February. My plan is to try to do maybe 2 weeks ish in Cochamo and a week ish in the Frey in January and head to el chalten in February. I have tons of exp and will be pretty self sufficient down there with a rack, rope, tag line, screws/axe, crampons, tent, expedition gear, etc. 

Hoping to find a partner with lots of experience as well who has a good attitude and good communication.

Most of my experience is on rock and some on glacier. I guide and work in outdoor education mostly in Colorado, California, and Utah. I’m efficient, communicative, and driven. Hoping for someone similar and maybe with more ice exp than me!

Hey Michael,

I will be in Bariloche from January 8th to February 4th and would love to climb at the Frey as well. I would say I'm medium experienced. I've done many multi-pitch trad routes over the past 5 years, as well as quite a few glacier climbs (not that it matters for the Frey). Nothing compared to how much you've likely done as a guide of course! I haven't been climbing as much for the past year, so I'm leading fairly soft - ~5.8-5.9 lead at Yosemite grades depending on the style. One of my more recent climbs was an overnight on the South Face of Washington Column in Yosemite. Let me know if you're interested in linking up.
