Black Diamond repair experience

I usually love BD stuff but their repair is worst one I even seen.
I had seems unglued on my BD Cirque jacket and I sent it for repair. This is what I got back

Despite they  stated this on the email I think this repair is bull shit. I regret sending them jacket for repair, it would have been better to fix it on my own expense.

Please know that all repairs are listed as "functional". Meaning that we can get your product back to working order but thread colors, patch colors, buckles and hardware may not match the product and may not bring it back to the brand new factory look.

Be aware if you need to repair black diamond apparel.

Send it back noting the repair is unacceptable and unprofessional.
