Don't order from Exxpozed.com

The Alpinstore is also German. It also trades under this name https://www.bergfreunde.eu/ This is a very reliable store and popular in Germany.

Exxpozed.com, also trading as outdoorsports24.com, is reliable but slow. Sometimes very slow. Once I chose to return something and received a refund, but the refund was slow too. 

MP should have a new section on the site: Consumer Shopping Trauma. (Warning - Some of these posts have graphic descriptions about delayed shipping and waiting three days for a retailer to respond.)

Bought a Rab jacket from this company to be delivered a small instead of medium. It was not clear on there website but it should be a small issue to rectify , to return . Although stated they will provide a return label they did not reply to any communication for 2 months since purchase arrived. And this is after multiple calls, emails,online webforms. I consider this rougue behaviour. 

I am left with a unusable jacket which in total cost higher than elsewhere. Be aware! unlike some other EU based companies you will be charged VAT, customs and handling charge for goods on arrival almost doubling the purchase cost

SCAM - DO NOT BUY. I placed an online order 1 month ago and I did not receive anything. Sent them emails but no reply. Called them by phone several times and nobody answers.

Bought several items from them. Got what I ordered and quickly.
