Cherokee got it, that's Khan Tengri. 

Sweet Jesus what a north face (not in OP's original photo)! Almost 3000m! Looks like the Russians went pretty hard on it back in the 80's, multiple siege style ascents. Would be really cool to see an alpine ascent of that face.

Name the pinnacle. It’s also north of the 49th parallel. The lower black speck on the far right is a tent. Other specks are dirt on the scanned slide.
