Name of big route in Northern Baja

I'm looking for the name of the big route in Parque Constitution 1857, In northern Baja. I thought it was called El Toro Blanco.

El Gran Trono Blanco is not actually in Parque Nacional Constitución de 1857. It is located on private *ejido land, north of the park boundary.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ejido
