Sorry, missed that. Go ahead

No problem. Skyler already posted one, roll with that and keep it going.

The two peaks share the same name.

Based on the trees and the cloud layer I'm guessing PNW?

Whoops, sorry everyone. Took a while to check back on this...

Yep

Prominent peak in the center.

I might be pushing it with this one. I took the photo and even I don't know the name of it. As such I'll accept the name of the very popular peak that is just out of view to the left, or the name of the peak on the right.

It is not in Wyoming.

My guess is Idaho. Lost river range. Don’t know the peak tho…but I know what’s to the left!

Dallin Carey · · Missoula · Joined Aug 2014 · Points: 222

Correct on the state, range, and probably what's to the left Jon!

Ok, Borah is to the left.  Can't find the name of the peak you are looking for on any maps tho.

Dallin Carey · · Missoula · Joined Aug 2014 · Points: 222

Yep. I've heard it referred to as "Borah Buttress" or "Mountaineer Peak" (even though the LRR already has a Mountaineer Peak) but I have yet to find any official name for it. Several years ago a couple guys went back there with about 80 bolts intent on putting up a huge sport multi pitch but the weather turned them around before they even got to the base.

So those fellas never went back to complete the mission?!?!

Up next, name the mountain with the large face in shadow facing left.
