Housing offered: 2 rooms in Old Town Arvada July & mid September-October

I am going to live in Squamish for July and Yosemite mid-September - end of October. Looking to rent out my two rooms in Arvada for these periods. There is one housemate, who is on the other side of the condo and generally keeps to himself when he's home. Nice, well taken care of place & short walk from Old Town Arvada. Looking for $900 / month. I use one as a bedroom and one as an office. Hangboard, weight-gym, and pool included. Perfect for someone working remote. Get in contact if you'd like pictures or a tour! Side note, if you'll be in Squam or Yosemite those times I'm looking for partners. Specifically for some clean El Cap routes like Lurking Fear, The Nose, and Zodiac.
