Fastest Resole Service Currently?

Does anyone have recommendations for any companies that provide a somewhat fast turnaround time for a resole service? From the research and calling around I have done it's consistently around an eight week turn around time, which I'm not that psyched on, to be honest. Any ideas? I'm in the midwest and unfortunately have no local places where I could just bring them in in person. 

Yosemite Bum is currently at 5 weeks per their website. 

Get another pair of shoes to add to your rotation, and always think about sending a pair in/have a pair that's sent in. You'll be happier in the long-term.

Plattsburgh shoe hospital does great work and had a 4 week turn around for a couple pairs last time I used them.

Rodeo Resoles does a killer job and offers Expedited Service for +$20

I just got back a pair of Butoras with 3/4 resole - UP RH Rubber.. he took 5days + shipping I had them in <10days from the day I sent them out

I just got mine back in 3 weeks and I told him not to rush. He’ll probably give you an expedited turn around if you need. 

More shoes/better planning is the solution. If you can’t go 4-8 weeks without a pair of shoes add a second pair of said shoes to the mix. 

I appreciate the advice on having more shoes in the rotation. I have four shoes in my rotation. This is not what I was asking.

David page in Seattle is at one week per the email I had with him just yesterday. I’m planning on sending in a few next week.

Ditto on Dave Page Cobbler.  I have used them dozens of times for over 30 years.  the  more I hear about other resolers the better I can recommend them.  I send at least 2 pairs at a time.  If you contact them in advance, and send in the work order request from their website, they will schedule your repairs within a week.  My last order was 1 rock shoe (no rand patches; I send in my shoes for their first resoles before I'm climbing on the rand) and 1 approach shoe.  Total turnaround time was 10 or 11 days.  I don't know if resoles that require rand patches mean a longer turnaround, but it is more labor steps so perhaps more time.  Climbers who aren't in the resole habit often blow completely through the toes, which can add more work.

Note:  I live less than 20 miles from Page's.  Finding a resoler near you could save a day or more shipping each way.  But I keep reading about long resole times for many cobblers, and Page has never taken more than 3 weeks.  They set up a work schedule every week, do them en masse, and ship a week of orders at once.  So maybe how they manage their processing and shipping takes less time.

Note 2:  I sometimes see comments about a poor job from Page keeping people from using them.  Considering the number of shoes they have repaired since 1969 a few must have been flops.  I have had 1-2 subpar jobs in all my years using Page, but I don't think their rate of error is a concern.  And they have done all kinds of picky custom repairs and 1-last-time resoles for me.

And of course ya can't have too many rock shoes, right?  I'm stewarding my shoes right now to where I will send in 4 pairs to Page this spring, all resoled without needs for rand patches.  That will save $80 in the cost.  I predict I will get 4 good jobs back in under 2 weeks.

If Northfield is your current location George's in St Paul had been resoling for a few years now. That's fairly local. I have no idea about their turnaround time

I 2nd the above comments on Dave Page in seattle; I've had 25+ pairs resoled there, always 1-2 week lead time, always been great work. I typically need to get the rand repair (toecaps) and it always worries me, and I continue to be pleasantly surprised by how great the shoe feels even after these toecaps get added. I haven't had a single bit of 'bad' work done by Dave's shop; one time they repaired a broken pull-on tab, which then broke again a week later. I guess their stitching wasn't good. They didn't charge me for this tab repair so I don't care much. 

Anyways he always has a short turnaround so maybe this helps the OP.
