(claimed) Free single old style neve pro crampon, just pay shipping (like 8 bucks idk?). Unless you have its long-lost twin, it’ll be perfect for spare parts.

I got what I got dude. If you don’t have anything productive to add, why don’t you keep it to yourself?

Help me FREE up my closet space by picking up a FREE Metolius Tri Pad in the LA. It’s FREE!

The pads do spill out at times and I use accessory chord to tie the pads up while hiking. Still gets the job done.

Best,

Michael

Is there a thread or list of ‘sellers’ people have had issues with?
I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed.

Send in a request for a sticky thread in the contact us form linked on the MP help page (below), maybe if enough of us do they’ll add it to the for sale forums. Would be super valuable to the community. Sorry you’re dealing with this…

I have no hope of the item showing up now. I found the guys IG and there’s no response to a message,  I requested to follow the guy and the request has been denied so I know he can see that I sent him a message.
I had the thought that maybe someone was using his name and email to scam me but if that was the case why wouldn’t he respond to my message and declare that it wasn’t him who ripped me off.
I’m trying hard to just let it go,  but I’m really having a tough time with that.

Oh that is tough, I guess it’s good to just let it go and not hold the stress any further. I’m going to take this as a lesson to make sure to use the gifts and services. Have a good night !

Maybe start a new thread asking about this? Instead of posting it in the "free and giving away" section. Presumably you didn't get scammed out of free stuff.

Posted here cause it’s pinned at the top of the topic list.
It’s been addressed by moderators.
It will fade into the ethos now.
cheers.
