Looking for local (alaska) climbing partner to climb alpine rock in the spring or summer

I’m looking for a partner in Alaska that would like to climb some alpine rock next spring or summer (open to options for location) & would ideally be available to climb together occasionally before then.

I have alpine rock experience in Alaska, Washington, Idaho, California, Wyoming, BC & Alberta…haven’t climbed as much the past couple years due to a big injury in 2020.

I am a WFR (with consistent re-certs) & have rope rescue training (that I should probably practice more). I’ve done some SAR volunteering.

I’m leading 5.8ish trad now but can probably push back up to 5.9 or 5.10a by the summer. My risk tolerance is relatively low but I have a solid lead head.

I really enjoy climbing with women but am not opposed to a male climbing partner if we’re a good match for risk assessment & skills.

Reach out if you’re interested. I’m open to someone from FBX or even the PNW if it seems like a great match, just hoping to rope up together before getting on something bigger.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
