Hi folks!

I will be moving to New Zealand this upcoming November and thought it would be worth a shot to post on here.

I will be working as a glacier guide on the Franz Josef Glacier out in Franz Josef/Waiau area from November to the end of April. I am really interested in exploring any and all climbing out there! I will be bringing my ice gear, but am more interested in getting out on some rock. Not a super intense climber, but always down to push myself and/or go out on some chiller days. Definitely excited to get back into the groove of things if I get the chance!

(Also just bought myself a packraft and would love to get out on some rivers out there as well)

Hit me up if you'll be in the area and want to climb and/or paddle!

If you're down to do some alpine I'll be around the South Island December/January looking for partners

i will head to NZ as soon as I leave Arapiles, prob mid-Dec and I will want to climb anywhere/everywhere I can find partners for at least a month or two. Trad or sport are fine. No ice, no bouldering, no alpine for me.

Would be interested in rafting. Got to steer on the Shotover years ago. Hope to take some surfing lessons-I am a rank beginnner-and maybe some sailing.

PM me if you might want to climb or do other sports

I've been living on the South Island for almost 3 years and have been pretty active in the Southern Alps the whole time (mountaineering, alpine climbing, rock climbing, skiing, etc.). If you guys need some beta, feel free to reach out.

Hi!

Trip to Peru was cancelled last minute so I just bought tickets to New Zealand and would love to climb! Land in north island but plan on making my way down south.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
