one boot has a broken shoelace (pictured). It functions as is but you might want to purchase a pair of $6 replacement laces from Sportiva. Or re-lace with accessory cord.

some minor abrasions on high-use areas of the boot. A few small crampon slices in outer coating of boot (none all the way through. Inners in excellent shape. Back pull tabs still firmly attached. Soles in excellent shape due to use on snow and in crampons. Front and back welts in excellent shape. Boots have much more life remaining.
