I was floating the Provo and seeing amazing walls in the canyon, but according to this site there doesn’t seem to be much climbing there, is mountain project not comprehensive or is there a reason people haven’t gone and created some routes on those walls?

There's ice and mixed climbing all over those cliffs.  The rock is generally too jingus to be any good for rock climbing.

Has anyone tried recently? Could it be trundled enough to make it boltable? I saw some pretty aesthetic lines there and I’m really tempted to try.

Go for it.  It's not about trundling, it's that the rock is generally fractured everywhere.  Still, might be worth trying.

If it was any good for routes, they would already be put up.
