New to Bellingham and eager to explore all the alpine climbs around here. Im here until end of August. I'm experienced in trad multipitch leading moderates, 5.9 and below, depending on objective and area, follow 10s quickly. I (theoretically) learned glacier skills so would love to follow a more experienced person up a mellow glacier. For rock climbing, I'm interested in Darrington, Washington Pass, Index. I'd like to start on less committing multis first to get a sense of area and go from there. I'm currently looking for this Friday 6/18-6/20. Also down for midweek afternoon adventures.  HMU.

Hey Elaine,

I’m new to B’ham as well and looking for climbing partners. I’m still getting comfortable leading sport routes but wanting to work on it. I can follow climbs up to 5.10d range and offer a solid lead belay. I’d be down for weeknight local climbs or traveling out to index/Mazama/Leavenworth areas over weekends.

Let me know!

Megan

This is from last year, but I'm in Seattle this time around. Was able to do Shuksan 2x, Baker 2x, Ruth, and an attempt on Ranier last year. I just followed North Ridge of Baker yesterday. This year, I'm keen on getting faster in the mountains, leading a glacier group on mellow glacier routes, and still stoked on the same leading 5.9ish/follow 10s for rock climbing. Really would like to do some more alpine this year.

victor when are you in WA?

I’ll be out in Leavenworth hopefully on July 5 as long as travel goes as planned. I fly out Sunday morning so that should be plenty of time to get to Leavenworth by the 5. I’ll be without a car so I’ll just be using the train/ buses and hitching. Hit me up I’d love to make a plan to do something awesome! 717 723 6341

Hey everyone. I moved to the area from MT four months ago and am looking for more partners wanting to do Multipitch and alpine routes. I lead Trad competently up to 5.10-, have my systems dialed, and an attentive belayer. I've done numerous long multipitch alpine rock and ice routes in MT and Wyoming as well as lead the N ridge in Baker and Kautz Glacier last year during the heat wave. I'm this Saturday 7/2 am looking for a partner for either E Face on Lexington Tower, or a route on Prusik Peak. Hit me up at 406-209-5791.

Cheers,

Jeff

Hi all- looking to build a team for Sahale arm to quien sabe glacier (or equivalent) this weekend (July 9-10). I still need to do more research. My plan is to try to snag permit for at least a one night two day trip for a chill itinerary
