Mammut Taiss light Mid GTX (Size: 43 Euro, 10 US) - $200

Used 5-6 times by previous owner.  Very little wear observed on the upper on the sole.  I would say that they are still in excellent condition.

Have you climbed any low grade ice in these?  How are they warmth wise?

I haven't climbed in them.  They are too small for my feet.

They climb ice really well with the right crampons, they will not be as warm as something like laspo trangos but they are much lighter and fully waterproof
