I'm super stoked to have scored all this clothing as I'm super picky and now I've stocked up for bit on my technical pants and shorts. One lesson I've learned: when you find something that you like, get multiples because it won't always be there and you'll find yourself patching your favorite stuff till its threadbare. The men's pants/shorts are awesome, lightweight but tough. I love that they have the elastic for the waist, and also belt loops. I ordered Large and Extra Large, the Large are fitted perfectly on me, no need for a belt (36" waist, 190lb, 6' tall), and I also like having the XL for a little room and bagginess in the crotch when wearing a harness. That said, the Large are fine in the crotch too when wearing a harness as they stretch a ton, I just prefer a looser fit generally. The t-shirts are awesome, true to size, I ordered Large and Xtra Large, the Large is perfectly fitted, and the XL for a comfort fit. The men's jacket is awesome and a snug fit, it didn't work for me in Large and XL wasn't available. I ordered my wife the tights and shorts and we went up a size in those, she is usually an XS or Small and we had to go Small, can't speak to the women's climbing pants we didn't order those. Thanks for the heads up on Creag, I'll give one of their jackets a shot. REI has Black Diamond Distance Carbon Trekking Poles half price at $75. 115 &120cm lengths. I can vouch for these poles - I bought a well-used pair from this forum back in 2013 for $60, put at least 1000 miles on them. replaced the straps, wore the tips down to nubs. And I have to tell you that it's incredibly well though pieces of climb clothing made of really good materials. It definitely worth full price, it's really comparable with Arcterix or something similar. For example, pants are better than Mountain Hardwear Chockstone or Outdoor Research Ferrosi. And for $29 it's an absolute no-brainer. P.s. To post a new deal. Both pants I mentioned are on sale.
