Went to the new crag, Classic Rock Wall, today and wandered a little down the trail. There's a lone route at the end of the formation about 75ft past route #6 on the topo (Un-break my hold) with dark-painted bolts and chain anchors. Does anyone have any beta on it? Maybe part of Hanging Fifty in Handren's, but doesn't seem to match up or be found anywhere on MP. Starts on crimps & pockets to a layback crack, felt maybe 11 to low 12 range at the bottom, easing off once you're in the crack. Closest thing I could see on MP 'near me' was Influencer Boulder but this was facing East just like the other stuff at Classic Rock.

Any reason why it isn't the route "Hanging Fifty?" Matches your description pretty much perfectly. 11b/c sport route with a steep pocketed start before heading left into a crack and easing in difficulty. Location looks correct as well, left end of the wall on its own.

You might be right! I think I grouped that one with Tortuga tower routes when reading the book, but does look to match. Any idea why that crag isn't on MP?

Looks like the route was put up in 2015 and the book doesn't give it any stars or a picture. Probably not very popular, but maybe that will change with all of the new development nearby. If you're inclined to add it to the database, go for it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
