Anyone want to take a chance? Nomics for $120

Stumbled across these just now. Nomics for $120. On a site that looks to just sell women's clothing. I imagine this is a scam but who knows, maybe it will work out. I'd definitely recommend paying with a credit card that you know you can have the charges reversed on. If you do order, let me know how it works out. https://www.jsudaoy365.com/products/petzl---nomic-ice-tool

Again, I'm fairly sure this is a scam.

Does NOT look like a scam site to me. Looks like a one person sales operation run from home. I’m curious how she got a single Nomic, but would bet it’s not stolen.

PayPal address looks all Chinese, copyright on website is spelled without the “t”

There may be more than one. I was able to change the quantity to 2 and put them in my shopping cart.  It wouldn't check me out though; not because there weren't 2, but because the prices listed are capped at $155 per order ("to reward the greatest number of new customers" or something like that).  I'm not sure I was bold enough to actually go through with it, to be honest.

Site allowed me to put 10 in my shopping cart but couldn’t purchase. Doubtful this clothing shop has a pile of nomics. Tried to call but no answer and mailbox full. Would limiting purchase amount reduce prosecution for felony?

Hello Gentlemen,

I am the personal representative of the deposed king of Jamurundi.  Please send me your personal billing information so that I may forward you 1 lifetimes supply of nomics.

For king and country,

Duche Bage

That does not look like a good sign. I emailed the address to ask for more info. Will see if I get a reply.

The AZ registration is Domains By Proxy, LLC, which IS used by fraudsters and also people/companies wanting privacy. The site certainly could be a scam.... hard to tell, imo. It could be a small company in China, with a shipper in Georgia. If I had money to burn, I'd order something, maybe even a Petzl ice tool, to see what happens  :-)

"JSUDAOY" is a registered trademark for clothing products, filed by someone who has registered close to 12,000 trademarks, that appear to be Chinese.

edit re. below, different company but yes, owned by the founder of GoDaddy. They are a "partner domain registrar" of GoDaddy.

Reminds me of this site that I stumbled across:

Prices are too good to be true;
