ADK High Peaks - Friday Day Hikes

Looking for someone to hike with in the Adirondack High Peaks region on Fridays. 

I have been hiking the area a lot over the Summer and Fall. I just did Dix Range and Whiteface recently and have noticed that the snow is getting deep enough to the point where I would like some company for safety reasons.

I'm 36, in really good shape, male. I get up at 3AM and drive up from Clifton Park to Keene Valley and generally start hiking at 5 or 6AM. During the Summer I go for as many as 5 peaks in a day, but I was only able to do Whiteface on its own last weekend due to not having snowshoes yet (getting this week). Last quarter mile was deep snow and exhausting.

I'm pretty new to winter mountain climbing, but have aspirations for bigger and bigger climbs through experience.

Hey dude I'm looking to get up your way on a few adventures...I'm in southeast PA but don't mind the 4-5 hr drive.  36M here, married with kids and thankfully the wife doesnt care if I ditch her for a weekend every now and then.  I can prob swing some Fridays but Sat/Sun would be easier.  I'm looking for a few good winter hikes if you're interested?  Would really like to get out on Mt. Marcy and a few others this winter.  I have the requisite gear sans snowshoes but that's just because I haven't had a use for them this season.  I'd prob cruise up the night before and car camp.  If you have something planned shoot me a pm if you'd like.

I am interested. Fridays work great for me (I'm off Thursday, Friday, Saturday). My situation is almost the same as Matt H. (Maybe we could carpool.) I would want to continue through the spring and summer too, as training for bigger objectives.

Hey Adam count me in, I'm near Doylestown, I see you're by Reading.  Any interest in hitting the gym one of these days?  I think Reach is about halfway between us.

My next hike is Cliff and Redfield via Calamity Brook trail fyi. I'll be there at 5:30AM Friday morning if you guys are interested. Unless you guys want to meet up for Marcy or something. I'd be down for that
