It would be super shady if you bought the pass, used it for a week, and are now trying to sell it to get your money back. The park pass is super cheap if you think about it and they need, and deserve, that money. It should also already have your signature on the back of it. Again, I'm not saying that's what you did. But I can't think of any legitimate reason for anyone to be selling second hand national park passes. I truly hope no one buys this,  not to screw you over,  but because the parks deserve the money and don't deserve to have their passes scalped and resold used.

All that said,  it's also illegal. 

I would ignore the holier than thou attitude above, but you might also reduce your asking price as I am pretty sure it's $80 at any national park. If i was in need of one i would definitley buy it at a reduced price but just bought one this fall.

Classic Jerry Gergich. Support the NPS. They don't do it perfect, but it's so cheap and they need the money.

Yea, ignore the guy pointing out that the seller is trying to ILLEGALLY sell his national park pass... it's not holier than though, it's just not being a complete scum bag. But if you support that good for you,  I'm not going to personally attack you for your morals and values.
