Room for rent to a climber in Los Angeles hills - Climbing wall - 700sqft room

My wife and I have a spare room in our house in Baldwin hills that we are looking to rent to another climber. The room is a 700Sqft basement with 2 rooms 1 small 1/2 bath downstairs and a full bath just upstairs with the shower and even a private entrance.  We have a fantastic 12ft tall climbing wall in the yard with a view of all of Los Angeles as a the backdrop. A climbing gyms worth of holds so you can set your projects with unlimited variations. The only Con is no kitchen, but we can setup a mini fridge and hotplate etc if needed.. 

The house is at the top of the hill in Baldwin hills, walking distance from Cliffs of ID and the Metro. 

We are asking $1900/mo with no lease.
