Hi there,

Reaching out to see if any parents have experience with ice climbing post Partum. Trying to get beta on how it was for you physically and when mothers started ice climbing again (how many months post Partum)? Any advice appreciated.

My advice is at least not until 6-8 weeks but try something easier first and see how you feel. Listen to your body and the bleeding. If you're still bleeding, to much activity can make it worse and is your bodies way of telling you to chill out. Every persons body heals different. Pay attention to your ab separation and make sure it doesn't get worse. It can take up to a year to heal, longer if you're breastfeeding.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
